Charmed Contributions
[edit]Not a problem. I just love Charmed. I started out making pages for some of my favorite episodes but thought better of it and am going in order now. I was kind of embarrassed for a while in that I thought people would look at all my contributions and think I was obsessive. LOL. Anywho, it's nice of you to have dropped a line. If you wanted to work on any pages, have at it. Since I'm working on the front to back maybe you can work from back to front and we can meet somewhere in the middle? Whatever you wanna do. I know you said that time was a factor. I hope to see ya online again in the meanwhile. Artemisboy 16:23, 15 February 2006 (UTC)
Dragon novels
[edit]Hi. I noticed you added a notice to Dragons of Winter Night saying that you were going to clean it up. FYI, I already got to Dragons of Spring Dawning and changed the whole mess into a short stub article - but you'll be able to find the original text in the edit history if you think it's of any use. It looked so unwieldy to me that I had to get rid of it as it was. —Wknight94 (talk) 16:37, 6 April 2006 (UTC)
IOC country codes
[edit]Largely, I tend to agree with you on the country codes, but the links are deliberately like that. If you want to change them (which I think is a good idea), change them all, not just one of them, and don't do it as a minor edit tagged as "disambiguation link repair". I also think that linking them to the country is overlinking, as the actual country is linked right next to them in the table – why not just unlink them as suggested on the talk page? Cheers --Pak21 07:04, 11 April 2006 (UTC)
The DHARMA Initiative Split vote
[edit]I hope you don't mind a general reply to what most if not all of those opposed to the split on The DHARMA Initiative have said "we don't really have enough information on just the stations to justify an entire article just for the stations." I would like to point out that it is exactly the opposite, there is very little information about "The DHARMA Initiative" since everything seams to be about the stations. I decided that I'd see exactly how much of the article actually talked about the Initiative compared to the Stations. So I grabbed the sections that talk specifically about those subjects and I used the word counter found inside of MS Word to judge the content. Here is what I found:
- Initiative focus on the page : These sections were the "intro" "History and purpose" & "Dr. Marvin Candle"
- Pages - 1
- Words - 242
- Characters (no spaces) - 1,309
- Characters (with spaces) - 1,544
- Paragraphs - 7
- Lines - 23
- Stations focus on the page : Everything not in the Initiative focus, except for "Trivia" "References" & "External links" were included in the Stations.
- Pages - 4
- Words - 1,476
- Characters (no spaces) - 7,143
- Characters (with spaces) - 8,574
- Paragraphs - 46
- Lines - 132
The judgment that this page doesn't have a lot of info about the stations seams to be incorrect... the problem is that going by word count only (and almost exactly) 1/7th of the page actually talks about the Initiative while the rest of that 6/7th talks about the stations... This page is heavily focused on the stations and it should be acknowledged as such. So we have a choice to create a new article about the stations or re-name this article to reflect its focus!
I hope that this helps and Please put your reply in the comments section of the Initiative talk page. -- UKPhoenix79 02:35, 26 April 2006 (UTC)
on Chris's powers and the Bennet
[edit]In the show when Paige showed her faked id (when the Charmed Ones changed identities) it said Josephine Bennet (only one t) and Chris blew up Leo's orbs at the end of Oh My Goddess Pt. 2

[edit]This is just a heads up that if you're going to upload any dragonlance images, please place them in the [[Category:Dragonlance images]] or the [[Category: Dragonlance Covers]]. Thanks. ddcc 01:09, 23 June 2006 (UTC)
Thanks
[edit]Thank you for adding the results chart for Treasure Hunters. I spent I don't know how long monkeying around with the existing chart trying to add additional columns for the legs and twisted it into unbelievable configurations. Otto4711 20:06, 28 June 2006 (UTC)
Hey
[edit]Noticed you made a change right before me on the Treasure Hunters Article. I hope you and your wife are doing well. :) Nate66.7.184.47 19:14, 4 July 2006 (UTC)
Edit Summary
[edit]Hey! I saw on your edit summary for The Amazing Race 9, you were able to use the revert button from the RC patrol buttons while still putting in an edit summary. How do you have time to do this when the page says "Save has already been pressed automatically. Wait for it to load." Please reply on your talk page. TeckWizTalkContribsGuestbook 21:45, 5 July 2006 (UTC)
- Nope, no manual edit summary (unfortunately, I wish I could do that too!). My patrol buttons just have the option to "Revert" or "Revert (as vandal)", and the latter one adds the extra comments about "please don't mess up the page". --Maelwys 22:44, 5 July 2006 (UTC)
- Okay. Thanks TeckWizTalkContribsGuestbook 00:30, 6 July 2006 (UTC)
